How quickly will my order ship?

We almost always ship on Mondays and Thursdays. After that, please refer to your shipping rate for postal shipping time.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Well, we sure hoped you wouldn't ask this, but if you aren't happy please let us know and we'll make it right. We do ask that you let us know within a month from the day your order was shipped. 

Can I hire you to do editorial or commercial work?

Can I commission you to draw my dog, cat, bird, ferret, snake, etc.?

We love your pets, we really do, but unfortunately right now we are not able to do any custom pet portraiture. We're hoping to one day find a way for a limited number of these per year however right now, we just don't have enough hours in the day.

Where do you get your printing done? 

Currently all our regular and limited edition prints are made by us in our home studio. We also cut, package, and ship each order ourselves. From start to finish, our prints come to you straight from our own hands!

If I buy x-number of prints, can I have a discount?

We work hard to keep our print prices as low as we can. As we mentioned above, each print is made by us start to finish. Because of this, we aren't able to do quantity discounts until you get at least 10 prints of the same size. If you are looking at getting that many, let us know and we can give you more information.
